Samiha Fariha is a senior associate at Golin, a global public relations agency. Previously, she worked at another global PR agency as a senior consultant at FleishmanHillard HighRoad. Before that she worked for three years as an account executive at Torchia Communications, a mid-size PR agency with offices in Toronto and Montreal. Before pursuing a career in PR, she worked in marketing roles in real estate and in consulting roles in digital marketing in healthcare, jewellery and luxury goods. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Toronto, a post-graduate certificate in public relations from Humber College and a certificate in digital marketing management from the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies. Some of her insights on trends in communication, influencer marketing and social media have been published by leading trade publications such as PR NEWS, Ragan Communications, Agility PR’s Bulldog Reporter and Daily ‘Dog, Talking Influence, PRmoment UK and Marketing Magazine Australia.
